Get your hands dirty, learn something new, and make some friends along the way! Join us at The Shtudio for a 4-week pottery wheel course where you'll learn the entire process of creating your own ceramics, from a lump of clay to a finished, glazed piece. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to improve your skills, our expert instructors will guide you every step of the way in a fun, welcoming, and judgment-free environment. What You'll Learn: Weeks 1 & 2 – Wheel Throwing: Learn to center clay, pull walls, and shape your own pottery on the wheel. Week 3 – Trimming: Refine your pieces, trim foot rings, and add finishing touches. Week 4 – Glazing: Explore colors and glazing techniques to give your creations their final look. What's Included: Four 2-hour sessions (8 hours total) Expert, hands-on instruction All clay, tools, glazes, and kiln firings Up to 5 finished ceramic pieces to take home A small-group environment where you can meet new people and make friends No experience necessary! Just show up ready to learn, create, and have a good time. Please Note: Your finished pieces will be ready for pickup after their final kiln firing. All four sessions are included in your registration.
